Wendy provides therapeutic services to women, from young adult to senior, addressing a range of issues. Her goal is to help women become empowered, find their voice and assertively express themselves while developing healthy coping skills and relationships. She strives to provide a supportive, safe, non-judgmental, and respectful space for women to express themselves and make positive changes in their lives. While seeing women individually, she addresses any relationships issues they are experiencing. Assertive communication, boundary setting, and conflict resolution are just a few of the skills she helps women develop in their personal relationships. She frequently works with women who have experienced trauma or abuse and understands, from personal experience, the effect trauma can have on a woman. Wendy sought therapy during a difficult time and then decided to become a therapist. She knows that therapy can facilitate positive changes and understands that while those changes can be challenging, they are possible. Her therapy approach addresses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, helping clients integrate the aspects most relevant to them.
