Shea utilizes a wide range of therapeutic approaches including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sandtray, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. Shea enjoys working with all ages, but her passion lies in working with clients 14 and older.

Shea earned her Bachelors of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Wichita State University.

Shea is a dedicated and compassionate social worker and therapist with experience working in diverse environments. She has previous experience working in community health, corrections, and an acute psychiatric hospital. Along the way, she has developed an understanding of the complexities of human behavior and emotions with particular attention to clients who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, and self-injurious behaviors.
Shea is deeply committed to her work with clients and aims to meet her clients where they are at. Shea recognizes that sharing your story can be daunting and she takes great care in creating a warm and welcoming environment. She offers a place free of judgment, so you can feel safe in the therapeutic space.
