Sara earned her Masters of Social Work from Newman University and her Bachelors of Science in Counseling with concentrations in Addictions Studies and Criminal Justice from Newman University.

Sara is also a certified Health and Life Coach.

Sara is passionate about being useful to women who are struggling with trauma, chronic pain, and chronic illness. Sara has personal experience with chronic illness and autoimmune issues and how that can impact a women's life.

Sara utilizes evidence based therapy modalities such as Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), radical journaling, and somatic experiencing. Sara believes the mind and body are connected and intertwined- by working with the mind and the body women can heal from a large list of debilitating conditions and syndromes.

Self Pay Rates:

Individual Sessions: $150

You are responsible for any fees not covered by insurance. Payment and co-pays, deductibles, and self-pays are due at time of service.
