Couples Therapy: I value working with partners through all seasons of life. Couples therapy can be so beneficial in providing insight through conflict, big or small. I am committed to helping couples navigate life’s highs and lows. Areas of focus may include building effective communication, conflict resolution, working through infidelity, and cultivating strong and safe connection for each partner.
Sexual Wellness: I find deep meaning in working with couples and individuals to help find healthy and fulfilling connections to their own sexuality, or intimacy within a couple. This may include working on mismatched desires (“sex drives”) in couples, lack of satisfaction, sexual shame, trauma support, providing psycho-education, normalization, and more.
Perinatal and Maternal mental health: Supporting moms through the many chapters of motherhood—from trying to conceive, pregnancy, and birth, to loss (including miscarriage or stillbirth), postpartum difficulties, and raising children. I am dedicated to helping mothers cope with the anxieties and hardships of these experiences while also empowering them to recognize and embrace their strengths.
Men’s Mental Health: Many men grow up in environments where they’re expected to “tough it out,” making it difficult to recognize and express emotional struggles later in life. I am passionate about helping men expand their emotional awareness and develop greater emotional intelligence. I enjoy focusing on supporting healthy masculinity and encouraging personal growth across all areas of life.
Self-worth and Empowerment: Empowering individuals to discover their true identity and feeling secure in being who they are, or making the necessary changes to grow into the best version of themself. Assisting in cultivating genuine feelings of worthiness, value, and confidence to be proud of the unique individual they are.

Hi, I'm Lauren! I am passionate about meeting clients where they are with empathy and non-judgement. Every person and circumstance is unique, and each may require a different approach. I do not believe that therapy should rely on a one-size-fits-all method. As a therapist, I find importance in being able to respectfully confront clients “blind spots” and working together to identify cycles or decisions that may be contributing to one’s own distress. I also enjoy being able to use humor when appropriate, and connect with clients in ways that are genuine to the human experience.
I find a lot of value in counseling clients with needs in the areas of trauma, perinatal struggles, couples counseling, sexual wellness, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-worth, growing emotional intelligence, and those times when life is just lifin'. I would be honored to be a part of your journey on your way to being the best version of yourself.
Finding a therapist can often feel overwhelming, but I'm glad that you've made it this far! If you have any questions, please feel free to send me an email.
