Life Transitions: Major life changes - like shifting careers, entering motherhood, or adapting to a new chapter, can leave you feeling unanchored. I offer a stabilizing, empathetic space to help you navigate these identity shifts and find your footing.
Self-Worth & Empowerment: When life leaves you feeling disconnected, it is easy to internalize a harsh, critical inner voice. I partner with you to help you remember your inherent value, claim your personal agency, and develop a compassionate relationship with yourself.
Anxiety & Intrusive Thoughts): Anxiety and Intrusive thoughts can feel like an exhausting, repetitive, terrifying loop. I provide a structured, compassionate space to help you understand these mechanics, confront the patterns keeping you stuck, and reclaim your mental freedom.
Trauma Healing: Trauma can make the world, and even your own body, feel unsafe. I provide a secure, gentle environment where you can process overwhelming past experiences at your own pace, moving toward true safety and integration.
Grief and Loss: Grief is not a problem to be solved, but a profound testament to what you loved. I offer dedicated, patient support through the grieving process, honoring the deep ache of loss while helping you discover how to carry that love forward.
Relationship Support: Navigating the ties we have with family, friends, and partners can be challenging. We will work together to understand your relational patterns, communicate more effectively, and establish boundaries that protect your peace.
